Who is responsible for your data?

What data?
Only what you enter in the quote request form: your name, phone number and, if you provide them, email address and municipality, along with the description of your project and the trades involved. No IP address is stored with your request.
Why?
To contact you again, arrange a visit and prepare your quote. Your data is used for nothing else: no marketing, no resale, no profiling.
On what legal basis?
Processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For how long?
Requests that do not lead to any work are deleted no later than three years after the last contact. Those that lead to a contract follow the retention periods required by accounting and legal rules.
Who has access?
Only the Clean Renov team. The website is hosted on a server located in the European Union; your data is not passed on to any third party for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
